• For now we are shipping to the US and Canada. If you are outside of North America, please reach out and we can work to ship to you.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 1 - 3 business days to be shipped and usually arrive in 2 - 3 business once received by the carrier.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $30 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $30 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and location. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must supply proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@qntmleaftea.co with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Once the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Our teas are sourced mainly from China, Japan, Taiwan, and Hawaii. We focus on small batch, sustainable farms to deliver the highest quality and freshness of teas. For more information on this, shoot us an email and we'll tell you about origins of the specific tea!

How should I brew my cup of tea?
No two people take their tea the same. Our cups per bag is based on a middle of the road cup. If you like your tea stronger we recommend adding an extra teaspoon of tea to make it stronger.
